The AC went out this morning and after calling several “household-name” companies with little to no response, Brett’s fast answer and response time was a breath of fresh air. Fast and professional services from Brett, who will be the ONLY person we call from now on! Thank you!
Both Brett and Hunter were great, nice people to work with. I appreciated their honesty and not trying to upsell service plans or parts that weren’t needed. All the 5 star reviews speak for themselves and I would recommend them for anyone’s HVAC needs.
This small company was referred to me by a friend. Can't say enough about how great this small company is. Spoke with Hunter 12p and his brother Brett called me 1212p. My HVAC unit was working again by 230p. Brett even had to pickup parts under warranty at SW TLH. Reasonable price. Even gave me suggestions on preventive maintenance. Problem: unit iced up, had to replaced circuit board (burnt, shown to me) and other part under warranty. Super service. Friendly. My new HVAC techs.
