I had a fantastic experience with technician Steven Short. We had a clogged drain. He was personable, informative, and didn’t mind my hovering over him to chat while he worked in the heat. He came early, was quick & efficient, and exuded wonderful customer service. On top of everything-the price for the service was very reasonable. Steven was great! He came out at 10p one night...wasn't able to fix it but promised he would be back the next morning. He did come when he said he would and had my problem fixed within 30 min. He listened to me and explained all that he did! 5 stars all the way! Service: Shower repair
