We are loyal to White's Plumbing for life! They came out last-minute the afternoon before Hurricane Idalia hit to repair our generator. I love the guy with the long hair.

We use Whites plumbing for servicing rentals and I have absolutely been pleased from call of service to the call when work is completed. All the staff from the nice ladies in the office to the men who fix the problem are all kind, knowlegable and professional!

First let me say I am a repeat customer. I have several rental properties in the area so I need a good plumber. Well today, I knew I needed to get a water heater replaced for a small 2 bedroom townhome. Before calling, I located one at Lowes for approximately $450.00. While the service tech was there, I received a call from the office. I was quoted $1,500 to 1,700 for the cost of the water heater (840.00) including installation. They wanted to charge me DOUBLE the true cost of the part and then bill me $185.00 per hour to install it !! How dare them try to take advantage of a customer in such a disgusting and drastic way. As a rental property investor, the could have had years of repeat business from me, however now, I will never call them again. Please if you intend to use this company-- shop around and make sure you are being charged a fair price!
