AC tech was professional, courtesy, and on time. He explained what was the issue and repaired it in a timely matter. Pricing was a added bonus and found them very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use B&B again for ac or plumbing needs Service: A/C system repair

They sent out unlicensed untrained installers to my home. They only came back out one time and did nothing to fix the problem and had an attitude about. So I hired a known licensed AC company reputable to come out and second opinion.I was told it was one of the worst flex hose installation jobs he has ever seen. I have leaks at every connection leading into the box the connections everything I have more AC in my attic than I do in my house. So I most likely got ripped off$2850 and they got mad at me because I put a stop payment to the second half of the check and told me that there's going to be an extra charge to me. So I'm going to have to have it all ripped back out again and I most likely lost my $2,850 unless they refunded to me quietly or I take him to small claims court and the better Business bureau.
