Cool With Empire

It's 86 degrees in my house and 67 percent humidity. Yeah, something is broken. My regular tech recommended Empire & Shawn as he's on vacation. Ok, I called Shawn, he was at my home diagnosing the problem in about an hour. He was very thorough and very careful. He diagnosed the problem and said the part will take overnight to receive. Ok. This morning, the day the part arrives, Shawn calls and says he will have my system up & running tonight, no matter how late. It's now 5:45 pm and Shawn just left. My system is blowing cold air again, and order has been restored to my world. Thank you!! I will keep your number, and I have already recommended you to a HS chum who just moved back to Brandon. Definitely recommended.
