Cool With Empire

I called late Thursday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Friday (the very next day). My master bedroom was 85+ degrees and simply unbearable. Shawn called me shortly after the appointment was made by the answering service and he was very professional. He worked out a time that fit MY schedule even though he was the one doing me a huge favor by working me in! He drove farther than normal and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and correct it. He sweat his buns off and never complained. He was super courteous and put booties on the enter my house (I am super ecstatic about that!!) and I can only give Shawn a 20 out of 10!! The BEST SERVICE!
