After receiving a referral from a neighbor, we used Gold Seal Roofing to replace our roof. Working with Richard was awesome--he was extremely responsive, was able to accelerate our start date to accommodate the sale of our home and did impeccable work. I highly recommend them!

Having worked with contractors in another city in FL and another state, I feel I know a good contractor when I deal with one. Finding an honest contractor in Tampa is challenging. I feel I was quoted a fair price in comparison with others that think they will get rich off of one job. Very good experience with Richard and company. Their pricing is much more reasonable than most and they are up front and honest. Communication throughout the entire process was good and was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. The construction team worked hard the entire time and made short work of my roof job. Once it was all completed I had no issues and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. This is something you shouldn't have to do often if done right so I would 100% recommend this company.
