Arrived on a Saturday, at 12 midnight, to a temperature of 94 degrees in our villa! A real person answered the phone at 2 AM, and were out the next day (Sunday) and repaired our unit. Independent Air is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs. They are professional and accommodate MY schedule instead of me having to accommodate theirs. I have the maintenance agreement which gets my system checked twice year to keep it in good working order. If I have an issue, they come right away to get the AC working again.
