Arrived on a Saturday, at 12 midnight, to a temperature of 94 degrees in our villa! A real person answered the phone at 2 AM, and were out the next day (Sunday) and repaired our unit. We've never had a negative experience with Independent Air, and have been using them for probably 10 years now. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Install AC
Independent Air is phenomenal! From the installation to each and every service call. They are prompt and assess everything accurately the first time! Their techs are very professional and curtiuos beyond our expectations! That all being said we highly recommend Independent Air!!!
They are the most professional and responsive company I have dealt with in Florida. They go out of their way to accommodate you for scheduling. Their technicians are wonderful and spend time making sure you are satisfied with their work as well as showing you what they found and what if anything you may need to do in between maintenance calls.
