Worst plumbing company in all of Tampa. I've been waiting for a call back from the "manager" for three weeks. Multiple calls made without any call back. They cut unnecessary holes in my sheetrock and did NOT resolve my issue. I went with a real company instead. One that offered better value, service and customer service. Save your money do not go with this company.

Called 3 plumbers to inquire about a non working toilet and leaky water heater. Joe Cool was the most professional in explaining what was likely going on and had someone out within a couple hours. Mitch showed up, was super thorough in explaining everything along the way. I paid a super reasonable rate and wasn’t oversold anything. I found my plumbing company.

The washing machine drain was backing up and we discovered when Austin tried to snake the vent pipe from the roof that the pipe was disconnected and had to install a Studer vent to prevent sewer gas from getting into the living space. He was very professional, did a great job, and returned everything back to how it looked before. He explained everything he was about to do before he began. We've been customers of Edward I.
