Oscar was professional, prompt & proud of his reputation. I purchased my mobile home in January without knowing my AC was not functioning due to deteriorated vent lines under my home. The crawl space was non existent & I got turned down by 9 HVAC guys. I found one guy who took a $1k deposit and never did anything. I was searching google for a moisture barrier company and found Oscar. A review mentioned he replaced their vents & what a great job he did. I called left a message & got a quick call back. He smade an appointment and showed up & on time (not the norm for contractors). He quoted a price & scheduled a start date. Day 1, he quickly realized the job was bigger & will required more man power. He called to politely turn down the job & return the deposit in full. I begged him to do the job and explained my situation. I guess he took pity because he got right to work. They had to excavate tunnels to get to the vents. Oscar, owner of company, came over the next day, was very imformative and choose his company to do the job. I can not say enough wonderful things about the men that came to do the work. It was the BEST CHOICE I could have made.
