One Stop Cooling & Heating Tampa

Set up a service appointment over a month ago. It was for today between 8am and 1pm. Was supposed to get a call from a tech 30 minutes prior. Nothing. I mean no show or call. I called their office and spoke with Jesse in service who explained the tech was running late because of some excuse I don't care to describe. Was told they're still coming and nothing. Tried calling only to have them put me on hold instantly then it hangs up. No callback, no response. So unprofessional it's sad. Bottom line, don't waste your time with these unprofessional people.

Technician didn’t show up for the appointment. No phone calls or reminder calls. I setup this appointment on Monday and the earliest appointment I can get was Wednesday. Now the appointment got pushed back to Friday since they didn’t show up Wednesday. It will probably take one or two weeks for them to repair my AC. I wouldn’t go to them if I didn’t pay for the warranty plan. Their service went downhill since last year. The service was definitely better when I first signed up. They are always on time, appointment is always available the next day and weekends. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

Very happy with the service that we have been provided by OneStop. Our equipment was installed by them through the builder. Being new to the area we decided to stay with them to do the annual service. In the two years we have scheduled service we have had two different technicians Bobby W. and Jason W. Both have been wonderful! They called before arriving, allowed us to explain all issues or any concerns that we had and went about their business in a very professional and friendly way.
