Louis was fine and the work was completed efficiently, despite several impediments that arose due to the age of the plumbing. I got a little confused during the billing part, but after speaking with Eva on the phone, she was very helpful and adjusted my bill after I had paid. We just moved into our new condo to find we had a leak into the unit below. We called Premium Plumbing and they were able to get us in to replace the toilets much quicker than we expected. They were both super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the toilets, but we soon realized we had another leak. They quickly found the issue, arranged with us and property management to shut down the water for 4 hours. They showed up on time and had the repair done and water back on to the building in about an hour. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone we were sure we were going to be taken advantage of, but the experience couldn't be more opposite. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.
