Top notch professional service!.Family owned . Kind and courteous crew. They did an excellent job putting in a whole new system for me. When they finished they cleaned up every scrap of paper and left everything spotless. Highly recommend .

Don’t know what they’re doing. Failed to diagnose a stuck TXV/LL restriction. Anchor air was able to correctly diagnose the problem since it was done on a hot day, but Ricks AC does not seem to understand that a stuck TXV will perform correctly as long as the ambient air is currently the proper temperature for the TXV in the stuck position. They need to watch some HVAC School YouTube videos and maybe they’ll gain the skills needed to be competent technicians. Funny guys though, nice people, just incompetent.
