I highly recommed Rick's A/C to anyone needing work done. If you can't reach them try again, it's worth the wait!! Danny and his partner was very honest, polite, and respectful. Excellent customer service and very efficient!! They were even nice with my 5 year old grandson that kept wanting to be their friend. Lol! Thank you Rick and family for great service! Don’t know what they’re doing. Failed to diagnose a stuck TXV/LL restriction. Anchor air was able to correctly diagnose the problem since it was done on a hot day, but Ricks AC does not seem to understand that a stuck TXV will perform correctly as long as the ambient air is currently the proper temperature for the TXV in the stuck position. They need to watch some HVAC School YouTube videos and maybe they’ll gain the skills needed to be competent technicians. Funny guys though, nice people, just incompetent.
