We found a hole in the company's contract. The company gave us a final bill that was different from their representation. Jeremy called and gave me a long lecture, and said that I was "disrespectful" for not believing in him before I could finish a whole sentence to him. He then hanged up the phone. The guy has two faces --- before we signed the contract he was so responsive and patient. Can't believe that a person can change so much!

One of their drivers was excessively speeding in a Zaxby's parking lot. They refused to answer phone after to report the incredibly dangerous driver in their work vehicle.

I highly recommend this company to anyone that is needing work done or a roof replaced on their home. Danny, the ground supervisor was very knowledgeable. If I had any concerns about anything that was going on he was there to reassure me that everything was ok. Tom Hancock, the construction manager. Walked me through all the steps during the waiting period. He was always a phone call away or even a text message. He kept me sane when I felt like giving up because of my insurance company giving me the run around. All in all, the work that was done is absolutely beautiful. They really care about their customers and they want to make sure you're happy with the finished product. These people are true life savers and go above and beyond what is expected of them. If I could give them more than 5 star rating I would!
