Simon Roofing

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We hired this company based on a referral from a friend. They came out to give us an estimate. Once we agreed to have the work done we were told that they required payment upfront before any work could be completed so we paid them in full with a company check. About a month later we noticed a leak. After we called, an employee came out to look at the leak. We were told that we would receive an estimate with pictures for the leak (even though we just paid them last month to fix it). We never heard back. Fast forward to this week, the leak has gotten so big it is disrupting our business. We have called the past 2 days and have been promised a call back which never happened. Today our practice owner finally gave them a call. We were told that the reason we never got a call back was because we still owed money from the original job. The check cleared immediately and they were paid in full. This company is unresponsive and uncooperative in fixing our leak.
