They arrived on time, asked specific questions about the situation, came prepared and answered all my questions. Both Julio and Eddie were knowledgeable, professional, very instructive about the process and Eddie was mindful of removing anything left over from the installations. I have used their service twice. The first time went as expected with a checkup service and a replacement of a part that cost $1200, This second time, I was given a time of arrival only to have to call twice as they were wrong twice with their estimated time of arrival. They arrived more than three hours after their estimated arrival window. When they showed, they took a small amount of time to find the solution. One of the solutions was replacing my whole unit. The fix was a forty dollar part on Amazon to electrically allow my outside unit to run. I paid almost five hundred for them to fix it. I completely agree that their is a cost to do business but that seems to be a steep mark up, especially when their actual time off work was less than two hours Now, less than 24 hours later, my air conditioner doesn’t even keep up with the heat as if it is low on Freon. Broken again. This was not part of the initial problem. I am wondering how that happened. To be fair, I do know that

we had an issue that was a super easy fix with a cheap part. we were charged $474. the tech julio was extremely rude. when my husband contacted the company after, we were promised a refund at a more fair price. here we are a week later with nothing. super disappointing with all of the other great reviews, but we were treated very unfairly. customer service has been rude & awful.
