Knocked on my door saying they had an appointment and are going to do an inspection. I had never spoken with anyone from their company. Man was very rude and aggressive when I told him this
Rating them a 2 because of the 5 roofing companies that I called, they were the only company to even return my call. Needed an estimate for a roof leak were were experiencing. A nice gentleman came out 2 weeks ago, took a look around inside and outside our home and after about 15 minutes, he just left. Didn't say he was leaving and would be in contact or anything and we've not heard anything from them since.
