As new homeowners in The Villages, Good Guys live up to their name - they were the good guys and helped us out tremendously. I was out of town and when my pet sitter came in the house she noticed my a/c was not working. She called Bryan on a Friday night, he responded the next morning and Sunday 9am he was at my house, fixed the problem and called me at 1pm to communicate with me.
