Had my roof installed back in 2015 assumed everything was okay now I'm in the process of selling my home and during the inspection a leak was found in my roof. I had no clue I would have never known trying to contact this company to have it looked as this was a brand new roof I had installed and paid cash. The prior roof was 15 years old and had no leaks at all. I thought I did the right thing. 4/6/2021 I got in touch with someone they came to look at my roof I was told the installation was not correct they're giving me a quote to repair it stay tuned for updates. Increase by one star. 4/13/2021 I was given a quote to repair the issue. The office person in charge of repairs, claims they later denied that the leak was due to bad install. Anyway, they are saying they don't have the shingles to match my roof. I asked them to match it as best they can to repair the roof, no word back yet. She is supposed to speak with the owner. Alvarez was competitive in their estimate not the highest nor the lowest but provided great name brand top quality materials and attention to detail in doing the job. The job was neatly completed and clean up was great. They are also very honest. I asked after a bad hail; storm for them to check on the roof as some granule material washed away and they said it was still in great condition and needed no replacement or repair after inspecting it. I might add they came exactly on time. Thanks for great work. I recommend Alvarez for reliability, quality, and honest competitive pricing.
It's raining buckets today, and we're not worried about a leaking roof, thanks to Alvarez Roofing. We researched, reviewed, and got several estimates and found no one more qualified to address our concerns. The estimator, Daniel, was knowledgeable in all areas of concern, especially our flat roof. The efficiency of the crew was noticed by several neighbors, who called to compliment them. Mimi at the office helped navigate the paper work, and kept us aware by e-mail of the steps to completion.
