Bowersox arrived within 3 hours of my call, they were on time and fixed my 10 year old AC in less than 20 minutes for under $300. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone. I had some issues getting a receipt, not sure what happened. Chris the service tech was very friendly and explained my compressor was bad. My unit was 12 years old so I decided to replace. Chris referred Jon Curtis. Jon Curtis, salesman, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the York system I needed. Late on a Friday he reacted quickly to get me 3 different systems quotes within 30 minutes. The price was competitive and fair. I had techs out on a Saturday (the next day) to install my much needed AC. Brock & Matt the installers were professional, great work ethic and respectful to my property. Jon was available at all times to answer my text questions. I reached out to 3 companies and Bowersox reacted quickly and professionally. I STRONGLY recommend Bowersox. They’re great! Had a very slight air leak out my air handler which is very common on new installs, called for warranty service. Jason came same day as scheduled and gadketed the door on the handler.
