I have used Arnold at Venice cooling and heating as my technician for several homes now, and I trust him with everything in my house. He is a pleasure to do business with, and really knows his stuff. Thank you, Venice Cooling and Heating! My A/C unit has been underperforming ever since the previous cooling/heating company made mistakes and misrepresentations when they replaced parts, and later performed a scheduled 6-month maintenance. Mark was perfect - on time and diagnosed the mistakes/issues made by the other company within 30 minutes. I will never stray again!
Great response time considering I didn't have a service contract. Technician very nice and communicated problem to me over the phone and answered additional questions. Highly recommend.
