I needed to replace my 17 year old AC system. The owner came to the house to provide the initial walk-through and estimate. This estimate was definitely competitive with other companies.We thoroughly discussed options, and he was very informative about efficiency, noise levels, and other items that I was concerned about. Within a week I had a brand new quality AC system at a reasonable price. The installers were on time, courteous, and very professional. My A/C unit has been underperforming ever since the previous cooling/heating company made mistakes and misrepresentations when they replaced parts, and later performed a scheduled 6-month maintenance. Mark was perfect - on time and diagnosed the mistakes/issues made by the other company within 30 minutes. I will never stray again!
