This is my 2nd year have an AC contract. Jerry comes every 6 months for AC maintenance. I trust him and I know he does a through job! I am so glad I found this company!

LEAK DETECTION IS A SCAM. I paid $239 for “leak research” because my water bill had gone up to $285/mo. They came out, told me “there’s no leak, call the city and have them recalibrate your meter”. I did this. Water bill continued to rise to $310/mo. I called another plumber who detected the leak in about 10 minutes. I told this to Smart Choice and requested at least a partial refund since they clearly didn’t do the job they were paid for, and (unsurprisingly) no one has gotten back to me. So save your money for someone competent if you think you have a leak. Service: Plumbing leak detection
