Elijah was the best! He explained everything to me as I don't know much about replacing ducts. You can tell he really knows the A.C. business just by how thorough he is in his inspection and evaluation. Price was better than any previous quotes I had gotten. First of all I have a heat recovery system that heats my pool as it cools my house, I have had at least 5 A/C companies come out look at my system and walk away, not wanting to even attempt to work on it. Elijah not only was willing to spend the time to understand my system, he was able to fix it in one trip to my house. Very knowledgeable and willing to do the research required to do the job right! Thank you Update, My A/C finally gave out so of course I called Keep' N Cool. Once again a very professional experience. Elijah and Don installed a new more efficient system, plus reinstalled my Hotspot heat recovery system.
