Modern and quick communication - text to schedule, reach an actually person after hours (thanks Paul!), Destiny called this morning to confirm the appointment and was so positive and high energy at 8am it made an IMPACT and I was so impressed (never go low vibe Destiny!) #rockstar Cory ???????? fast, friendly and THEN educational!! This company was recommended to me, by the authorized distributor of the brand of AC installed in my home. As a Manuf. Agent myself in the past. I know that usually is done for companies who train their techs. I was not disappointed. My good experience began with the young lady who scheduled my (same day) appointment. She took good notes on the symptoms of the problem I was having with my unit. I was also called close to the arrival time of the Tech. which is always helpful. I am pleased with the service but I reserve my highest accolades for the AC Tech, Corey. He was professional, cordial and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly but was thorough and went above in ensuring he cleaned up the work area, after resolving the problem with my unit. I called after hours to service my parents a/c unit. I told them my father was ill and needed immediate assistance. Kyle arrived within 20 minutes.
