AIR SUPERHERO Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance

My wife and I had used a local A/C company with good relations for sometime. Recently one of our mini split A/C's developed a coolant leak and with that our relationship soured. We were informed that (after $500 of added refrigerant) that they wouldn't repair or service the A/C because (Pioneer) was an off brand, they didn't sell them, and parts were hard to get, blah, blah. But, they would happily install a completely new A/C system in its place!! I contacted Pioneer (who has excellent support), located the needed replacement part and asked if they could recommend a firm to replace it. They gave me Superhero's number. I called and Carlos returned my call within 5 min. He ordered the part from Pioneer and we scheduled an installation, which, it turned out would be a day earlier in the week than previously planned. I’m very satisfied with work that was done on my AC. Technician Iggy did a great job fixing the problem and explaining it. Carlos is very nice and professional.
