Aztil Air Conditioning

Neighbor was out of town. Sunday, August 13, upon checking his house, discovered the AC was just not keeping up. I was almost certain the cause of the problem. I tried to alleviate it, but didn't quite have the proper equipment. Owner has an AC cotract with Aztil. Contacted them, they sent out a service technician Monday afternoon. Lazaro came in, assest the problem, and had the AC operating correctly very soon. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Great experience.

When I bought this resale they had serviced the house in the past. The service men who had showed up were most unprofessional, one with his child in the car who was recovering from Covid. Despite knowing the house, for a duct cleaning they showed up without a ladder and came back a week later. Despite numerous calls that one room was getting cold they did not return these calls. They installed a new thermostat that had to be replaced 2 months later. They never call back. They’re unreliable. There are may other companies to choose from . This company has proven to be exceptional with each service. I had my ducts cleaned by Ricardo and his assistant who were so helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond. I also had an air cleaner installed and that gentleman was also exceptional, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I recommend Aztil without reservation.
