Do not under any circumstances call this company for services. I needed a simple job done and called them to come in. I was told they would arrive around noon to see what needed to be done and give me an estimate. I get a call near noon from the tech saying he would be arriving late around 1:30 instead. I got another call saying the time would be changed again this time to 3 and that they would only be able to accept cash. When the next call happened I was told they could not make it out on that day and would need to reschedule, but they gave me an estimate. The estimate was outrageous, and during each conversation, the tech did not seem to understand what I needed done, but he could somehow provide an estimate for me. When I questioned the professionalism of this whole ordeal, I was then informed that this tech was not only the best in the company but the best in the country. If this is the best this company has to offer, I am at a loss for words.

B.Y.T Handyman West Palm Beach was great, explained the process, details and expectations of cleaning the wool carpets in my home. They are fast, professional, thorough, and friendly. athey did a fantastic job and the carpets look great. They also has the best / most high end equipment and the results show. I am very impressed and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

This company is a scam. Do not call them for work. They are operating out of a different country preying on elderly and anyone they can convince that they are legitimate. They destroyed my backsplash , and walked off the job once they decided it was worth more money to them.
