I had recently my rental home water heater installed by them. They sent me a invoice to pay. I called to ask for warranty on the water heater and manufacturer brand information but the person in the office name Rachel Keyes had no information on the brand installed or details on the manufacturers warranty. She was rude , disrespectful and was using foul language instead of trying to help the customer. I expected courtesy from people who are assigned the job for which they are paid but it was far opposite of that and therefore I am writing this negative review . Responded to my issue right away. Arrived within 2 hours of reporting the issue. Was transparent about cost before arriving , service price was very reasonable, issue was resolved same day. Mario, the service professional was proactive about wearing booties as to maintain area clean. I didn’t even have to ask.
