After hiring another company that sent a tech I could not communicate with I called Hopkins air conditioning. Im very glad I did. I highly recommend them. Allan showed up and was so professional and helpful. He wore hygentic booties into my home and explained everything to me in full detail. He was very attentive, kind and polite. I appreciate the time he took and making sure to fully inspect the areas that needed reviewed. I will definitely call again for any future service I need and request the same tech. First time using Hopkins and what a fantastic experience!! My tec, Ramon, is the best!! Super knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences with other companies in the area. Always pushing me to upgrade and after saying no they would keep pushing. Ramon was super upfront and honest which is my number 1 requirement. I will continue to use Hopkins and highly recommend them and Ramon as the tech that keeps your house cool! Thank you Hopkins!!

From sales, site assessment, scheduling to installation; the entire experience was seamless. Nelson and his assistant did a fantastic job with the 1 day install project. The entire team communicates on time and are very thorough in their work processes. The installation team left my house just as clean as when they arrived. I will definitely recommend this Company to my friends, family and neighbors. GREAT JOB! ????????
