Our condo association paid this business ahead of time, so the business was holding our money at least a month before the electrical job was started. Metro’s administrator Jose Marin DID NOT FOLLOW scheduling directions (which were set with him personally) by & for our condo residents. Not only did Marin personally not follow the customer’s specific instructions on the project time - he allowed the electrical room to remain unlocked when he left the electrical job although he was told not to do that!
