Budgeting stage-new water heater. Getting estimates. Erik is well informed and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional.
Awful experience. Our tankless water heater failed and these people repeatedly failed to fix the problem and their charges were outrageously high. After failing for the third time and charging over $3300 they tried to sell me an expensive water softener and blamed our problems on Jupiter water which is rated as Best in the Southeast. Our repair person was on the phone with NAVIEN Tech Support for hours and still could not repair our problem which another plumbing company fixed in one short visit at 1/5 th the cost.
