Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

AC was acting up on a Sunday evening. Called to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Very nice person on the phone scheduling the appt. Mike and Todd showed up 8:30 the next morning and ran the AC through the ringer. Had two issues that were probably compounding each other. Fixed it and charged a reasonable price. We did sign up for the service contract as our other service contract probably should have caught the two issue when they were out. Would recommend them for AC service and repair. Can't speak to prices of an install, but the service contract and repair was right on point.

Called in an early morning service for a No cool, and Claude & Jeff came out to address the issue. They were extremely helpful and detailed. After inspecting/ reviewing both units (for long term and short term fixing) they offered all the best options as well as a physical packet of their maintnance programs to review. Very compensating and informative!

Not sure what they did. Tech said he would email me results of the inspection, never got them. They were here 10 min then left. Said something about adding vinegar and that was about the extent of the “tune up”. Also didn’t wear any booties coming into the house. At the end guy wanted to take my phone to do a review on google himself. Wow. Service: HVAC system maintenance
