Recently had Spectrum AC come out to clean my unit and run a diagnostic to figure out what was causing some issues with my ac. They were able to come out within a couple hours of me filling out their online request for service. Technician Ryan arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He explained the work he was doing, as well as what was causing some of the issues. He didn’t try to oversell me or convince me to do a bunch of unnecessary work. He was very thorough and honest, and he gave me a lot of helpful tips to keep my unit functioning properly. Really satisfied with the work Ryan did and with the overall customer experience.
