Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called them to do my plumbing work, the guy came and gave very high quote for job. It was really looking very high price for me. Then I called another plumbing company to get quote and they really gave me 40% less than what this company was offering for same quality of work. On top of that the representative again called and threaten me to put my name in block list because I didn’t give them the work. Who cares?? They just bragging about 5 star company.. it wasn’t pleasant experience for me. Atleast price should be reasonable, I glad that I took another quotes.

Beware, this Company is a ripoff. I contacted Roto-rooter based on Google's listing and reviews.We had an emergency and they advertise as 24/7 service. We schedule the visit for 8 - 10 PM , then they called to cancel and left us hanging with the sewer clogged issue. Since we did not have many choices at 8 PM, we agreed to have them come at 8 AM. Two persons came, and they asked for $500 us for clearing a main sewer , they said the service included a video of the issue and any additional quote for repairs, plus 6 months if "free of roots".... They said they were going to start from the back of the house, which they did not. They only used the front sewage clearing which took them minutes to clean, then inspected with a video. Then the quoted additional $4000 us!! to replace pipes with roots. They did not want to provide the video included in the service because "we would hire someone different".....
