My dryer quit working and I called DeSantis. The company sent Jim out and within 45' he had diagnosed the problem, and they ordered the parts. Jim returned and installed the parts in 1 hour. Jim is outstanding representation of this company. He and the home office were professional and personal and on time. I highly recommend DeSantis for your Appliance and HVAC needs!
Jim came out to fix my Samsung dryer. He did a great job. My dryer is now running whisper quiet. He was on time, polite, he new what needed to be done and he got the job done quickly. I will definitely call DeSantis again if I need other work done.
