Jim came out to fix my Samsung dryer. He did a great job. My dryer is now running whisper quiet. He was on time, polite, he new what needed to be done and he got the job done quickly. I will definitely call DeSantis again if I need other work done.
My heat unit was not working, Dave came and did a check and found that the blower motor was not working. He took time out to explain all my options to me so I could understand what had to be done. He also gave ma a surprise from the new owner to waver the service charge. I thank the owner for that surprise. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! My dryer quit working and I called DeSantis. The company sent Jim out and within 45' he had diagnosed the problem, and they ordered the parts. Jim returned and installed the parts in 1 hour.
