There were some mix ups in scheduling, I had a no call no show to an appointment and I was very frustrated. However, I would really like to thank Tiffany and Jimmy for making it right. Mistakes (not theirs) happen, and they went the extra mile to correct things. I really appreciate the effort they put in to make things happen.
