Answered an emergency call in May on a weekend. Air was not cooling. There within a couple of hours, air working in 30 minutes. Recommended replacing the unit due to age. Had unit replaced in July when it started not cooling well again. Arrived in timely manner, got the initial work done in an afternoon. Had some issues over that weekend with Freon leaks, they kept coming to refill until able to get a new part and correct on the Tuesday. Also replaced the breaker and some vents gratis to make up for the issue.
We had three different companies come out when we had no hot water, and only Brandon L. at Airpliance managed to diagnose and get the problem fixed. He did a great job, was friendly and fast! Thank you!
Rob, Brandon and the guys have repaired and maintained my AC units through the years, but it’s only recently I’ve thought of reviewing them. Airpliance installed our new AC unit, and ALL ductwork with expertise and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you all who were involved.
