Talked to Mighty Dog to request a quote to replace my roof & Skylights; the overall first impression over the phone was great as we scheduled a date for a sales rep to come over to my home to provide me a quote. Scheduled appointment date, They never Came!! I was home all day as I worked from home; I waited a few days to see if I might receive a callback or if they might come another day. Usually, I would never call back as they already dropped the ball, but I decided to give them another chance. I called back on May 12 and stated they never came and would have someone on my door at the earliest convivence on May 19; well, they fulfilled the request and got Louis as my mighty dog sales rep. Louis was a great, honest, and no-pressure salesman, straight to the point of what they offer and what they do. I was told by the End of the day or the following day to receive a quote.
