I requested this company to come out and unfortunately truly regret to have done business with them. Ken was the person who arrived and claimed to be the Owner of the company. If he represents the top I would hate to see what the bottom of this company is. I had a leak in the garage which turned out to be the AC. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue since the leak was continuous and let him know upon arrive. As a professional, all he had to do was unscrew the lid to the AC and see if that was the issue and not assume since he could not give me a definite yes. He did not do that until he swindled me out of fixing an issue and charging me even when I told him it was not urgent for the moment and also tried to charge & fix another issue which I declined. I asked him to check the issue I thought was the problem I said from the beginning and he said "yep that's it" even though I told him that's where the leak was definitely coming from. I told him to leave and ended up fixing it for $40

I had video showing the problem yet they told me the only way to fix anything would cost $800. It was not that serious of a problem. Since I felt that was ridiculous I still had to pay $100 for this guy to come out and do nothing. He was only here for 20 minutes max! He rips you off for the showing up fee! Then tells you a obscured amount to force you to pay his fee and him not have to touch your appliance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not help him pay for his Tesla!!! If you look you’ll see the charges under diagnostic charge he didn’t do any kind of diagnostic he just looked and gave his opinion it could be this or I could be this but he was not really sure.
