My AC started getting hot so I called R&E. Chip and Brad came out within 2.5hrs of the call. Very professional, respectful and friendly young men. Told us exactly what the issue was and repaired it immediately. Good honest reliable service and we are going to recommend to atleast two of our neighbors that have just moved to this area. R&E are the best! Each year they send out terrific professional technicians who call before arriving, show up on time, go above and beyond to service units (always doing more than the basics!), give me good tips for reduced electrical cost, and answer all my questions.
