From the onset of installation, steadfastness, determination for quality completeness and genuine courtesy, this was embedded in my final process of this man. His name is Willie. Over 2 day, 18 hour installation, of attic crawling, laying, securing, cutting, drilling, patching and then odd client requests to help with other none related plumbing, Willie set forth to please.
