Excellent experience from start to finish getting a new roof from this company. Worked with Mike and Rhett interchangeably throughout the process with equally excellent communication from both. Reached out to Mike and he was able to come by same day and assess the roof. He explained the process to me whether we went through insurance or not. Being a shrewd customer I made sure to get an inspection and quote from a competitor who just had their roof replaced. I was very upfront with Curb Appeal that I was doing that to make sure I got the best deal and Mike and Rhett encouraged me to do so and never pressured me to sign with them right away to lock in their work on my roof. They took multiple phone calls from me as I grappled with the details of the process: how to talk to insurance, how to submit a claim, how to look for exterior and interior damage, etc. They were patient and helpful.
