Jeremy and his team came to my house and assessed my fridge that was not cooling. He did a series of tests and came up with a very good solution that saved me a lot of money. He then moved his schedule around to fit me in sooner and came on a Friday and stayed late. Overall a very good experience and a great company!
Was given their # by a third party to try and get a refrigerator repaired. Was told that - due to our zip code - not our physical location, that they did not service our area. Oddly, I had seen one of their vans driving 3 minutes from our house. So, obviously either one of their techs lives near me, or they serve our general area, but care more about zip codes than potential customers.
Had the belt break on our Samsung dryer on Wednesday and they were at the house on Friday. The tech diagnosed the problem and had the belt in his truck to do the repair. We will definitely keep their number handy. Service: Dryer repair
