My wife and I are retirees from Western Pennsylvania. We wanted to start spending winters in Athens to be near grandchildren. We contracted with Kyle Carr of Cambria Construction in July and by early December we moved into a most beautiful small house, custom built from our rough drawings and desires. The house is just under 1,100 sq.ft., has two bedrooms, two baths and vaulted ceilings. We communicated remotely but visited the site twice during construction.
