I can not express how grateful we are to Service 1st Pros!!! We’ve had the worst luck & literally almost everything in our lives have broken lately! We suffered through 2+ months of No a/c in our home- Then threw in the towel & called them! They immediately took excellent care of us & had our house cold in no time! Fast forward right at 2 months & I woke up at 6am in a pool of sweat this morning… Called them at 6:30am thinking I’d just leave a message & they actually answered!!! Had a team out by 10:45am! My system had completely frozen, so they had to come back when it thawed. They made it a priority to be back at 4:30pm- Where they assessed everything & my entire system had FRIED!!!!! They gave me several options, worked out a payment plan, installed portable A/C systems to cool us down & 1st thing tomorrow morning, they’ll be back to install a BRAND NEW system & duct work!!!!
