Cool Max Inc.

First time user of Cool Max.....very impressed and would highly recommend using them! My air conditioner was on the fritz on a Friday, AND the start of a 3 day weekend (July 4th). Needless to say, I had slim hopes of getting someone to come out that day especially since I'd already called a few places, all of which were booked til Sunday. I could not wait another minute with this heat. The lady who took my call was extremely caring and said she could have someone come out my house that day! Just as she said would happen, Jason (tech) called me 30 min's before he arrived. He did a fantastic job (because I was no longer sweating to death) plus he was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time!

Emily has been out 2x to help me with my 11 year old condenser. She fixed a problem last month. Her service is amazing and she was just here fixing something small. Was a no charge fix and I highly recommend her and Cool Max!

After R.S. Andrews no-call/no-showed on me on May 19th then told me that the the soonest they could get a tech out would be mid-June (even though they screwed up), I called Cool Max and was able to get an appointment scheduled and a technician out within the week. From Julie working the phones, to Emily conducting the assessment, to Paul doing the work - this small, family oriented business far exceeded my expectations and put these larger HVAC companies, like R.S.A., to shame with their customer-first mentality. I can't tell you how nice it was to call Cool Max, not have to wait on hold for 20-minutes, and have a wonderful conversation with someone who you could tell, actually enjoyed their jobs. The positivity between Emily and Paul was enough for me to know that this company really does care about their clients. Paul and his associate were able to fix my HVAC issue and it's never worked better since I've been in this property. Nobody is paying me to post this nor has anyone prompted
