we had Marcus and Jeff install a new HVAC unit yesterday, Monday 9/11, in our attic. They were very professional, worked quickly completing the job in about 8 hours. The temp was very hot in our upper level, but they pushed through the heat, finally, they installed a new thermostat and carefully explained to us how to operate the new digital unit. we are very satisfied and would recommend Estes and this team of installers to anyone. Estes Services just completed an install of a replacement air conditioner unit and two furnaces in our three separate system home. While they were not the lowest bid, their reviews were so high that we thought the little extra would turn into a better value in the long run. The people we worked with were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and dedicated to giving the best customer service. Chris did the proposal after an amazing review of our home. We had planned on replacing a third furnace but after Chris looked at it he recommended that we not replace it given its condition and high efficiency rating. He also noted that our two of our three systems did not have sufficient return air capacity and built that into the bid. The other bidders did not spend the time, nor had the expertise to discover this problem. The installers, Hector and Damey arrived on time and worked without stopping until they completed the job. I highly recommend the crew of Estes Services. Jason and Kareem installed my new Carrier Infinity AC recently. They were professional, courteous, on-time and went above and beyond. They are also a personable and fun crew to work with. They did an excellent job installing the unit as well as making sure I understood all they did as well as answering any and all questions I had.
