We have used Fix and Flow twice now, and have gotten Anthony and Brian both times. They are professional, courteous, and transparent. I had a water main leak right next to my foundation. This company had good reviews and I was looking for a plumber, not a "do it all" HVAC/electrician/plumber mega-company, so I called. Michael came out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue, and returned the next day to replace my main. He gave me a lower-cost option to patch, but I decided for the full replacement. No pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise up-charges, just a very friendly, honest plumber. They were also very careful to leave no mess.
