Rod & Rashad were very professional, they showed up on time, located and fixed the outdoor plumbing leak in a timely manner. They explained what the problem was, how they repaired it along with the products they used and cleaned up the area when completed. Everybody that I dealt with at Head's Plumbing were a pleasure to deal with! Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
The work was completed in the laundry closet and but not so good underneath the kitchen sink. Head's charged us too much money for the work. They did refund some money, but not enough to justify just replacing the washer and not replacing the pipes that was told to us during the first visit. We wanted to support this business because it is in our neighborhood.
I had a great experience. They were on time, and they always kept me informed. Erick explained to me my options kept me updated throughout the process. Great job!
