Mini Jobs

Completely unreliable. Doesn't show for scheduled appointment with no reason or notice. I contacted Mini Jobs about some drywall repair. They indicated that they were scheduling approximately two weeks out which was fine with me and that they would contact me the day before they arrived to complete the work. At 10:30pm the night before they were due to arrive they called to indicate that they wouldn't be able to arrive until mid-afternoon the following day. The next day when they were scheduled to arrive, they never showed. The following day around noon they called and asked if they could come start the repair. I told them they could and they said to expect them in the next 30 minutes. 15 minutes later they called again and said they actually were headed to a different job and said they might be able to get to me the next day. When I asked what happened and why they couldn't commit to a schedule their response was only that they went to a different job. No other explanation,

ZERO STARS IF I COULD- DO NOT USE!!! I should have checked the reviews on here before I committed to this company. This company is dishonest and has the worst communication skills I have ever dealt with. They don't answer emails or phone calls, and IF they do it takes them a few days to respond, and WHEN they do, the phone calls are late at night - called me at 10PM on a Sunday night to discuss the projects that were scheduled at 9AM the next day. They rarely reply during business hours. I had three small projects at my house and David said it would be $90/hour. I agreed with that thinking it would be around 3 hours of work for one person. He also said that if materials were needed they would charge transit time to pick them up. I did not agree with that and asked for what they needed and I would pick it all up to avoid the transit fees and up charge. The list was never sent. They did it all on their own and charged me $132 ($90 for the hour it took and $42 in materials) for a wall out

I had a heavy, floating bathroom cabinet fall out of the wall and it needed to be reinstalled properly! After no one else would take the job, the guys at Mini Jobs were quick to jump on it. Same day service. Professional quality and very clean. They stayed extra late and got the job done. I will hire them again for any other job that comes up.
