STAY AWAY. Pay attention to the reviews on Google and especially on Yelp! - David Wise is dishonest and a terrible businessman. Communication was very poor. He frequently became confused, didn't know who I was, and did not know about email, pictures, and videos that I had sent him. When I called him about our specific appointment time, he told me that they could "probably" come on a certain day, even though we had scheduled the specific day the week before. Upon the work being finished, I received an invoice for $290 even though our work was $260-270. When I called and challenged him on this, he said he had assessed us a "late fee" even though he had invoiced us that same day. He told me that he just assumes that people will be late on their payments, but if they are on-time, then he doesn't charge them the extra. He tried twisting it by saying that he was giving us a "discount" because if we paid by check within five days, he would give us $25 off. So he thought it was okay to charge

I hired Mini-jobs to rebuild the lattice work under my deck and repair rotten wood on one of the soffits. Two guys came and did an excellent job. I thought that men who arrived were pleasant and easy to work with. They were both very skilled and did a great job.

I had a heavy, floating bathroom cabinet fall out of the wall and it needed to be reinstalled properly! After no one else would take the job, the guys at Mini Jobs were quick to jump on it. Same day service. Professional quality and very clean. They stayed extra late and got the job done. I will hire them again for any other job that comes up.
