Nations Building Services did an excellent job in installing the roof on my house. I would highly recommend this company for the work they do. Mr. Diaz and his crew were very proficient in their work. Mr. Diaz himself provided superb customer service from start to finish. He walked me through the process starting with engaging with the insurance company to making sure I understood exactly what would need to be done. He communicated and stayed engaged throughout the entire process. This company truly cares. They were given to details, whereas while working they recognized the supplier had inadvertently provided some small amount of wrong shingle material. They quickly worked to retrieve the correct material and managed to complete the job in very good timing. I was very impressed. The work was started on time as planned, and my roof was completed in basically a day. Also, the crew provided excellent clean-up after they were done. My roof looks beautiful. I am a very satisfied customer.
I had my roof installed on10-7-2020 total amount 8900. I made two payments of 1000.00 to Omar Diaz using Zelle one of the payments Omar stated he did not receive the payment. We went through verification with his bank and mines. Their was a waiting period in which my bank USAA asked me to call back after the holidays. Today is 1-5-2021 and I reached out to my bank again only to verify what i know ( i paid him). I called Omar he did not answer, I called Wells Fargo. There is nothing I can do without out Omar because he is the account holder. The roof he put on is very nice but he stole from me. For what it’s worth be more careful than I was, I have all of my receipts verifying what I’m saying to be the truth. Now I am filing a claim against him through the Lawrenceville Police Department and the fraud department at my bank. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation
