Both my mom and I had a pipe burst on this bitterly cold Christmas Day 2022 ???? Larger plumbing companies were not picking up phone but when my brother tried Pipedreamz Plumbing Shawn promptly responded. He confirmed he could come help my mom the next day. At that point my pipe hadn’t yet broken but when it did I reached out to Shawn, told him he’d been in touch w my brother and mom today, that I live 4 blocks from my mom and I too would greatly appreciate his help on Dec 26. He texted back and confirmed! Shawn came to our homes the next day and did the necessary repairs (different from one another). We enjoyed talking to him and his rates were better than the larger companies. Hope we don’t have anymore plumbing emergencies but we will certainly keep Shawn in mind for all our plumbing work in the future! Service: Plumbing leak repair
