Perfect score. I could not rate Shawn's service any higher. He cared for my home over the three weeks he worked here. The previous contractors (before I purchased my home) really did a number on my shower. The strangest occurrence was discovering a second shower floor. (Neither one of us has ever seen that before). Shawn was very thorough with repairing my shower, helped me deal with my home insurance provider, and was educational throughout. He showed and provided input and directed me through each repair step for understanding and awareness. Shawn protected my floors and closet so that dust wasn't strewn about, which made cleanup easy. As others have said, he takes great pride in his work, and I'm delighted with the finished product (specifically the Bluetooth-enabled shower speakers)!
